Have you ever seen a ball of fire in the sky? Thousands of eye witnesses and victims can testify to them.
In 1951, the journalist John Foster’s body was found in the city of Helbshire. He had evidence that the balls of controlled energy were tested in a secret laboratory. These balls can control the birth rate and negatively affect young children. This information is alarming! Paid scientists and physicists deny their existence and “they” say that these balls of fire are just hallucinations and deliriums.
These are manipulations and lies. Greg Foster, John Foster’s nephew, decided to expose the truth. He has secret documents that he reveals here. How long will “they” hide the TRUTH from us? Wake up.

Conspiracy theories are an attempt to understand and explain the complex and the incomprehensible. In this project, Viktoriia Tymonova combines various aspects of conspiracy theories to reveal the concepts that manipulate basic human fears. This whole project is fiction. People’s faces are generated, the texts are written by the artist, and the balls of fire are lanterns.

About the artist
Viktoriia Tymonova is a Ukrainian artist, based in Czech Republic. She has a degree in journalism and currently studies photography. Her work uses nostalgia and fiction and explores how our real and imaginary worlds intertwine. The simple question “what if” becomes a field for investigations where she unveils the plots she herself constructed.
