À y regarder de près
In Espace Utrillo and outdoor photo trail in Pierrefitte-sur-Seine
Surprising ordinary
À y regarder de près exposes artworks coming from diversified artistic universes, from César to Sophie Calle, including quite young photographers from Circulation(s)* festival, but they all start in a familiar universe where they use a rule or a distortion of reality that opens another universe through which visitors are invited to wander…
This outstanding exhibition gathers artworks from the Seine-Saint-Denis’ departmental contemporary art collection (Collection départementale d’art contemporain de la Seine-Saint-Denis), photographs chosen in 2016 Circulation(s) festival, but also photographs by choreographer Lionel Hoche and photographer Christophe Delory. Commented visits, pedagogical workshops and a temporary photo studio punctuate the exhibition.
