Since 2019, the Circulation(s) festival has honored a particular emerging European photographic scene in its focus on Romania, Belarus, Portugal, Armenia, Bulgaria, and Ukraine.
For this 16th edition, the invitation is extended to Ireland, with the presentation of series by four artists from this territory:
