APPLY FOR THE NEXT CIRCULATION(S) FESTIVAL
For the past 16 years, Circulation(s) festival promote a modern and inclusive vision of photography. It has more than a decade of discovering new emerging talent, and still a burning desire to make new visual writing accessible to all.
Every year, the festival brings together the general public, artists and professionals around a multi-faceted, adventurous and innovative program that questions the boundaries between photography and contemporary art. It’s the must-attend event for tomorrow’s photography.
Circulation(s) festival program is overseen by the artistic direction of the Fetart collective, made up of independent curators 7 women specializing in emerging photography.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
• The call for entries is open to all photographers of European nationality and/or resident in Europe
• The call for entries is open to all photographers at the start of their careers, with no age limit, who have never had a major exhibition in France. Thus, applications from photographers who have had for example a solo exhibition at another French photography festival, or who have already participated in a previous edition of the Circulation(s) festival, will not be considered.
• There is no set theme
• All applicants are welcome to submit photographic projects that mix formats or involve other media such as video, installation or sound
• Group projects are accepted
• The use of artificial intelligence to produce all or part of the images in the series presented must be explicitly mentioned in the application (at least in the text presenting the series)

EARLY BIRD rate, from 28 April to 24 May, 2026 (included): free
FULL FEE, from 25 May to 7 June, 2026 (included): €20
CALENDAR
→ Call for applications: from Tuesday 28 April to Sunday 7 June 2026, at midnight.
→ Pre-selection of applications by the Fetart collective: summer 2026
→ Final selection of exhibiting artists: September 2026
→ Announcement of results to all applicants: mid-October 2026
→ Announcement of the names of the artists selected for the 2027 edition: November 2026
