We can’t Imagine the Length of Time it Took to Make the Universe.
Italy
2024
This project is a tribute to the poem 8 Moons written by Sharon Olds.
Fascinated by the idea of creating a link between literature (particularly poetry) and photography, Diambra Mariani stages a visual poem, independent of the text, which draws inspiration from it and enriches it. Her search for beauty can be read as an escape from the brutality of the contemporary world and as a rite of exorcism trying to deal with the fear of the future.
