Franck is drawn to industrial cities – in this case Kryvyï Rih and Dnipropetrovsk, in Ukraine. In the heart of a mining region that was active during the Soviet era, they still show the huge scale of the project of which they were part. It is only recently that Franck discovered what he was looking for there – a sense of escape to the East, leading him to search within himself.

About the artist
After studying foreign literature, Franck decided to travel. Photography has always been both the excuse and driving force for these voyages. His work is now shown in many exhibitions in France and around the world.
