– BENICHOU Caroline –

A graduate in Fine Arts and Art Studies from the Sorbonne, Caroline Bénichou spent more than a decade working with Delpire Éditeur, where she oversaw numerous books and exhibitions. After several years as a freelance editor, she joined Galerie VU’ in 2013, eventually becoming its director. Alongside her curatorial and editorial work, she supports photographers in developing book and exhibition projects and regularly pens forewords for publications. In 2023, she founded Éditions l’Axolotl, which has since published works by Michael Ackerman, Martin Bogren, and the series Le tour du jour en 80 mondes. She joined the artistic direction of the Circulation(s) festival in September 2025.

– DOLEK Carine –

Trained in stylistics, Carine Dolek specializes in experimental visual practices. She serves as curator and coordinator of residencies and professional programs for the Valimage association. She is also an artistic director for various initiatives, including the IPMA festival in Lithuania. She launched Ukrainian Meetings, a platform designed to foster dialogue among Ukrainian artists, and has curated exhibitions such as “Sourtna” at the National Museum of Photography in Morocco, which brought together leading voices from the country’s photographic scene. She is one of the founding members of the Fetart collective.

– GUILLEMIN Laetitia –

Laetitia Guillemin studied photography at EHESS and earned a postgraduate degree in Image Arts and Contemporary Art from Paris VIII. She has taught aesthetics and the history of photography at the Université Paris I. Her career as a picture editor (Le Monde Diplomatique, Gallimard, Actes Sud, Beaubourg…) has led her to explore questions of representation and visual perception. Since 2012, she has been teaching semiology and visual culture at GOBELINS Paris. She is also actively involved with ANI and its photojournalism awards. She is one of the founding members of the Fetart collective.

– GUILLEMIN Marie –

Marie Guillemin is an independent artistic director specializing in emerging photography and new forms of visual storytelling. A member of the Fetart collective since 2015, she joined the Circulation(s) festival in 2017. She has served as associate curator for several Fetart exhibitions, including « Traversées d’Europe » and « Vision(s) of Reality ». In this context, she also acted as artistic advisor to the Caritas Social Photo Prize from 2020 to 2024. In addition, she oversees the artistic direction of exhibitions at the Palais de l’Elysée for the European Patrimony Days and leads training programs for photographers, while supporting international cooperation initiatives across Africa.

– HALKIN Emmanuelle –

Emmanuelle Halkin is an independent curator and editor with degrees from the École du Louvre and the Sorbonne. Committed to emerging photography and socially engaged artistic practices, she joined the Fetart collective in 2014 and became part of its artistic direction in 2021. She co-founded The Anonymous Project (2017– 2021), where she developed several exhibitions, including “The House” at the Rencontres d’Arles. Since 2021, she has served as associate artistic director for the Fetart collective and the Rencontres photographiques du 10e. She is also an associate curator at Diaphane, a contemporary art center in the Hauts-de-France region.

– MELLO Ioana –

Ioana Mello works between Europe and Latin America. Her practice explores narratives in which the intimate sphere intersects with social and political issues. She collaborates with numerous institutions, galleries, collectives, and festivals, including Ithaque, Photo Days, Les Filles de la Photo, the MRO Foundation, Foto em Pauta, the Rencontres d’Arles, and Iandé. She is associate curator for the 2024/25 Rencontres Photographiques de Guyane. As co-founder of the La.Ima association alongside Oleñka Carrasco, she writes, teaches, and serves on various international juries. She joined the artistic direction of the Circulation(s) festival in September 2025.

– VIVIER-CALICAT LUCILLE –

Lucille Vivier-Calicat is a cultural engineer specializing in visual arts, with a particular interest in emerging photographic practices and their dialogue with contemporary art. A graduate of the Rennes School of Fine Arts and Paris 1 Panthéon- Sorbonne University, she designs and coordinates cultural projects while supporting artists in their development. Since 2022, she has been working at the Institut français, where she oversees exhibition projects for the French Pavilion at the Venice Art Biennale. Her curatorial approach is rooted in an inclusive vision of photography, closely connected to new generations of artists on both the national and international scenes. She joined the artistic direction of the Circulation(s) festival in September 2025.
