The ECAL is one of inescapable schools on the world scene of the art and the design. Managed by Alexis Georgacopoulos, it offers six level Bachelor sectors (Visual Arts, Cinema, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Media & Interaction Design, Photography) and five Master programmes (Fine Arts, Film, Product Design Photography, Type Design). It also proposes one Year Foundation course which prepares for the entrance to its departments and two MAS in Design for Luxury and Craftsmanship and in Digital Design Research for Innovation (with the EPFL+ECAL Lab).
At the beginning of the academic year on 2015-2016, the ECAL welcomes more than 583 students.
